Procedural Guide
The Procedural Guide is the governance document of the Board for administering the regular operations of the Federation. In a vote at the 2015 conference by the Council, certain items were removed from the Bylaws and incorporated into this new Procedural Guide - a variety of “how to” topics that would likely require change over time.
